Upon approval, Capital One Healthcare Finance will fax the contract to the Sanford Clinic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery office for the patient to sign the day of surgery. Interest rates are as low as 0%, with payments as low as $54 month and no penalty for early repayment. CareCredit CareCredit is a company that provides patients with credit for their plastic surgery procedures, offering short-term, 0% interest payment plans and low-interest, extended payment plans. CareCredit has no up-front costs, no fees and no pre-payment penalties. Financing may be extended for as long as 60 months with payments as low as $22 per month.
